Rainbow Trust Childrens Charity donate money to help children

Holidayshed are proud supporters of Rainbow Trust Children's Charity. During every online booking we give our customers the opportunity to donate just £2 to a very worthy cause. The total £2 online charity donation goes direct to our chosen charity Rainbow Trust Children's Charity who provides emotional and practical support to families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.

Founded in 1986 Rainbow Trust Children's Charity has now been running for 25 years and has supported thousands of families who have a child with a life threatening or terminal illness.

Rainbow Trust's Family Support Workers actually join the family in their own home and are there to offer practical advice and support. Rainbow Trust are contactable 24 hours a day for families in crisis. The support lasts from diagnosis throughout treatment, to bereavement or recovery and beyond. They may attend hospital appointments with parents, sit by the bedside of the sick child to give parents a break and take worried siblings out for the day.

Rainbow relies almost entirely on voluntary donations and your generation donations are spent on helping around 1,000 families a year.
